Health check of structures
We also conduct health checks of existing structures established for asset protection and succession planning purposes. We review multi-jurisdictional asset structures, transactional and operational tax issues, and advise on necessary changes. We propose and implement changes to structures, amend relevant documents and assist in the selection of providers such as trustees, directors and jurisdictions (if required).
